For orders totalling RM300 and above, we’ll apply RM50 as an invoice credit without any conditions. 

For orders totaling less than RM300, we’ll give our customers a 5% discount instead.

We charge based on the word count of the source document, even if you only need to translate something that is less than a page. We are the only professional translation agency which does not have a minimum charge. Please ask for our rate card if you have high-volume or recurring project.

We use word count tools to calculate word count. We calculate on the basis of rates per character for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai and other languages.

The time frame for delivering your project depends on a few factors, including language pairs, clarity of the document, and the technical level of the content. As soon as we have reviewed the source document, we will inform you of the delivery time frame.

If you have a specific deadline, we can assign additional resources to complete the project on time for you. Please note that additional charges may apply.

Yes, we do accept high-volume translation projects. 

We will allocate our resources accordingly based on project nature and deadline. Extra charges may apply. 

Yes, we will secure your personal information in our files and systems using commercially reasonable methods.

In order to ensure the quality of translation, we only assign translation projects to translators who are Subject Matter Experts (SME) of your field to make sure the terms used in the target language are both accurate and appropriate.

Besides, we have incorporated editing into our routine process for all translation projects.
